At completion the site will be the largest BPO facility the client has built in the Philippines. We approached the design from a macro strategy to prioritize buildability, ease of procurement and facility maintenance. The design team also worked closely with our environmental graphic design partners to integrate environmental graphics and wayfinding design into planning at an early stage to create a holistic site experience for users.
