Workspaces will look different across companies but flexibility, choice and wellness are key criteria for post-pandemic work places. The office has to be purposeful and intentional in meeting team needs for social connections, learning, collaboration and focus work, with home and Third Spaces making up other work locations.
Design process will have to address common concerns of teams and managers. These tend to be around work point availability, meeting and focus room booking, work behaviors and reporting, ‘how to find my team’ and locker details, etc. An aspirational workplace is arrived at through a multi-pronged engagement across the organizational stratum.
