For our client, preparing for their employees to Return To Work involves providing generous occupancy densities, new Wellness amenities, and plenty of alternative settings for people to connect and work in. Some of these spaces are collaborative, while others are quiet and contemplative. Most of them are non-bookable, open and transparent settings for employees to share and enjoy.

The design concept of the new floor is a Garden within a Frame, where an architectural framing grid defines the various settings within the open floor. All vertical and horizontal elements are meticulously positioned to create a strong and minimal architectural language with no unnecessary additions or decorations. The landscaping is the life of the space, bringing in the lush spirit of the tropics and softening the rigidity of the grid.
